After the latest update my camera doesnt work. I get error messages 90% of the time I turn it on to monitor my daughters room. The audio cuts in and out when it does work. It crashes constantly which does not make it a reliable monitor. Please fix this update!

Cant believe a large corporation can count on lousy programmers to develop a critical app!

I find it works, moving the camera is hard so I give 4 stars. If I could get it to record like my vuezone it would be 5 stars. The night vision works great on my model.

Great hardware. Terrible app. 1. Device setup through iOS app doesnt work. Apps QR reader doesnt read the code. I had to manually setup the device on a laptop. 2. App doesnt have a device on/off toggle or timer, so the device needs to run 24/7. 3. No recording feature within the app. Recording requires additional hardware. 4. The clock is an hour off in my time zone. 5. Intermittent device connectivity. 6. DLink has too many apps. None of them work properly - just read the reviews. Wouldnt it be better to focus on one app that supports all devices and actually works? 7. 2 step verification is an expectation. Where is it? Why invest so much in product development and so little in the app when the app makes or breaks your product?

I purchased some time back a 5222 PTZ camera. Now I cant access my presets to be able to use the dedicated areas. Really who has time time manually go to a location or to sit at a PC to configure the settings all the time. Why havent corrections been made as others have already commented on this problem???

Very buggy. Right now my cameras are showing up locally but not remotely, and there is absolutely indication shown as to why this might be. When this app works, it works ok. When it doesnt, you will want to tear your hair out.

I have the security camera and the D-link camera video recorder and the ipad pro. In theory sounds excellent BUT the software its really poor. You can see live video but when you want to see history records the apps it always crash. Ive been trying everything but nothing works.

I see all these unhappy reviews but I am happy with my product and app! Works great, can remote on whenever I want, and even has sound!

The app doesnt connect to the camera 8 out of 10 times. Thankfully it was a Christmas gift or it would have been a waste of money.

I used to think this app is pretty good until I got a Belkin cam. Their app lets you record videos directly on to your phone. Im not sure why DLink does not have this feature. DLink wants you to buy another hard drive to record on which is more money. And also not a lot of people are tech savvy enough to know how to set that up. Belkins app is easy and lets you record with a tap on your phone. Step up DLink!

I have it with a stationary view and it has Ben reliable for me to listen and to see snow depth, and driveway for my cabin.

They do an update you loose cameras and then say to reboot and unplug, etc. However,if your away from the property you will be blind until you can return.

Why do. I still receive Config Timeout when connecting with my iPhone 6.

I installed this app on my iPhone 4 and it worked fine. On my iPad mini I have no sound. I deleted and re-installed but I still have the same problem. 4-13-16 Today everything quit working. I deleted and re-installed the app and I still get nothing. Cannot sign in, nothing. Rebooted, still nothing. Turned it off for about 10 minutes, turned back on, still nothing. Please fix this problem.

Unfortunately this is a two-part system and the firmware in the cameras (I have 3, and 2 are different models) is awful. I have a myriad of devices that with a simple SSID and password connect to my WiFi. Blu-ray, AppleTV, Stereo, etc. The D-link cameras are the only devices I have that cannot connect to the WiFi by selecting the SSID and entering the password in the GUI --The built-in webpage for configuration. All of these cameras will only connect if you manually use the WPS feature (if you have it) pressing the button on both camera and router. I need to move it around on SSID without physical access and so this is a problem. Every other device out there can do this without WPS why not the D-link? I tried 3 brands of WiFi router (one with an open source firmware) but WiFi cant connect to any. The wired cable works fine, so does WPS. D-link Tech support gives me the runaround I suppose because they are trying at all cost to not bump me up to a higher tech that might be able to understand the problem. Very frustrating.
