Sound issue!

I installed this app on my iPhone 4 and it worked fine. On my iPad mini I have no sound. I deleted and re-installed but I still have the same problem.

Today everything quit working. I deleted and re-installed the app and I still get nothing. Cannot sign in, nothing. Rebooted, still nothing. Turned it off for about 10 minutes, turned back on, still nothing. Please fix this problem.
