Since the last update, my 5222L dlink camera will not connect. But my other cameras still work.

The update of 4/10/16 confused me for awhile. I deleted and reinstalled it twice before I figured out the process. It kept coming up like I was a new user (not) and tried to have me create a new account. Finally figured by pressing the arrow on the right it to make to local cameras, then I pressed the remote cameras, it automatically logged me in, and I could see the image. Didnt have the problem before. It works fine now and auto logs me to the remote camera.

Id like to see multiple screens in the upgrade. Also Id like to be able to record. Other then my suggestions its a cool app.

The app has improved over time, but its slow to pull up a live view compared to ATT Digital Life (A monthly paid service). Easy set and Ive used it for 3 years.

Good product with little work here and there to get going...

The app is horrible I dont know where to begin. Perhaps the most maddening is the series of 5 or 6 tutorials that shows up after every update. Theres no way to skip it and theres no new info. Developers must have a case of severe amnesia.

Another fail from dlink. All my cameras presets dont show. Tried relogging, reinstalling, still gone. Presets still show in the camera web gui.

Since this last update my 5020L only has video. No sound and the options to movie camera are gone.

Agree, dont do this update! Presets are gone AND email notifications stopped coming! Why o why is it so hard to actually test the update before you release it. Another awful experience with Dlink. This sw could be good. Developers just updated s/w and now you cant view any of your recordings without the s/w crashing. Every time they update they ruin something. The previous update made it so you cant see the event that triggered the recording. And they still cant get camera motion to move sensibly with simple hand motions. If all issues are fixed then the s/w could be 5stars. Now they need to fix the crashing they just caused. Look at what you revise! Where is Dlink Q/A? UPDATE Mar 28 and still no response from DLINK. I sent them a separate email requesting tech support on the day I wrote original review and still no response from them. Dont get fooled by positive reviews here. They are probably DLINK employees. This update induced an issue that causes the iPad to crash the program every time you try to look at a recorded video on the SD card. This bug has to be fixed for this sw to be useful. There Is no way anyone can say the s/w is fully functional anymore. So frustrating to invest in a companys products only to find out that they cannot be made to work reliably. UPDATE 040315 lowering rating more since still no fix for crashing bug that they introduced

AGREE! Do NOT do the update. I also lost all presets in the app. AND now I no longer get email notifications when the camera records. It used to work until I installed this update. Why is it so hard to TEST the update before it is released to the world. This is once again another update that takes the software a step backwards. Now I have to wait for the next update and hope that they fix the new bugs that were introduced by this update. D-link just does not have their act together.

Like the other person said do not update! All of my presets are gone. Ive had Dlink cameras for years and never had an issue until this point, they have hit an all-time low in my book. please fix it D-link!

Way to go MyDlink. Already a shaky app now it just got worse from the update. Cant see my baby on the monitor at all. Delete app and reinstall does not work. Fix it asap.

Push notifications are random, if they even happen. Settings dont work and I have to set things from a computer anyway. Pretty disappointed.

Buggy. Hard to get live view to show when away from house. Playback takes a good min to load when it doesnt freeze. Email notifications stopped coming. Finding the SD card loaded can be a problem also. Love my (2) 180 degree cameras though

Please fix this!!! I lost all of my settings... On the computer it is all there but after the app update my settings where gone on app.

Dlink get your act together! Whoevers programming your software need to be fired! Every negative review on here I concur. Your software is dated and buggy all the time.

This app does not work...weve missed some serious instances we needed to view because this app time out and loses the connection...VERY disappointed with app and Dlink DCS5020L which will be returned!

Whats up with the military time one alerts? Make it easy for people that have to now count it out
