Oh it is great I can turn it on from anywhere

App is easy to use. Installed on both IPhone 6 and IPad mini with no problems. Have two cameras connected one 932L and other 5020L. Works great with both. Would recommend to use.

I have no issues from a computer, wired, or wireless. However, this app takes well over a minute to "find" my camera... EVERYTIME the app is opened. Maybe save it? Then manually initiate a refresh for "new" devices...!? I waste probably over an hour a month waiting for it to "find nearby camera...". Likely going to dump this If its not resolved...

Its a cool device for monitoring your room or house.

Easy to connect - make sure you read the instructions :-) Allows me to keep tabs on the house while on the other side of the globe. Peace of mind. Not really useful to catch criminals but can take corrective action after the event.

You can only take snap shots while looking at your streaming live video. Every other wifi camera allows you to record what you are viewing.

Cameras work just fine. Really wish I could view all my cameras at once on this app.

First, my camera has a static IP address. Why does this app need to search for it after every launch? Just let me enter the information manually instead of using its braindead, hideously slow, autodiscovery. If I open the app its usually because I want to see something that is going on at that very second; by the time it actually locates the camera what I wanted to see has already concluded! Second, I *ONLY* access my camera locally and have no intention of creating an account to use with D-Links web-based services. Why does the app begin with a splash screen asking for a login and password for the website instead of just immediately letting me view my camera locally? Provide a means for me to bypass autodiscovery and add a camera manually. By attempting to make it easier to use you have made it worse for people who do not need their hand held through the setup process.

Is that there just for show! Cant click it! Take it down!

This has been great cameras and app. But this week the app shows all cameras are disconnected and the cameras all have green lites as if they are connected!!

I have a camera to use as a video monitor in the nursery for my baby and its so helpful! I love it! Also has features thatll let you know when it detects sound or motion (not really good for bedrooms since movement will happen often; moreso good for front door entries in a home or businesses).

Very good performance. Performs as advertised. Have had no problems.

Easy and user friendly. Has gotten better through the years and I like it now better than before. Keep up the good updates.

I have 4 cameras, ridiculously slow, they keep getting disconnect every single day, now I have two of them NOT working. Very annoying when you are far away from home or at work and you want to monitor your home or business. Thats why I give only one stars. I am hoping for some improvement so I can give more stars.

The app is not bad just make sure your camera is connected to a strong wifi signal so you can view your home when your away if not wire it in

I dont know why it disconnects for no reason.

Such a waste of my money and time. The most overly complicated way to access your camera from mobile devices. The resolution is set to 360x 240 which pretty much means pixel-ish video, and very delayed motion detector. I cant access the pics that were supposedly taken, the link to access that sends me to some shady page that my computer warns me four different ways not to enter. Youre asked to put your log in info in, and when you Dom they ask for it again, and still nothing. Such a rip off, such a scam, and an even bigger disappointment. Luckily I bought this on Groupon to try their product out before getting full system. Its getting sent right back and Ill be investing in one of their competitors home security products instead.

I used to like this app but now it takes forever to load the local cameras!!!
