Quickly and easily view your live Cloud Camera feeds and manage your Cloud Routers from anywhere using a Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection. Whether youre at the office, having an evening out, or away on vacation, the mydlink Lite app gives you access to your Cloud Cameras, Cloud Routers and NVR even when you’re on-the-go.

You can also check your Cloud Router’s current upload/download bandwidth, or manage your wireless network security and status. Parental controls let you see what sites your children have visited when you were away, and you can even block or unblock network access for individual devices.

- Supports H.264 video streaming for smooth high-quality video (specific models only.)
- Listen to audio from your camera’s microphone (audio-enabled models only)

- After initial settings on the mydlink website, you can enable/disable motion/sound detection from the app for supported cameras.
- You can talk back with 2-way audio support (for DCS-942L, DCS-5211L, DCS-5222L, DCS-2132L, DCS-2310L, DCS-7010L, DCS-6010L), and cameras will mute their microphones to avoid feedback during two-way audio communication.

Pros and cons of mydlink Lite app for iPhone and iPad

mydlink Lite app good for

Ive had the camera for a month and have no trouble accessing it from a laptop, iPhone or iPad. I havent tried using the audio. Did take quite a while to install on the laptop. I like the option of adding more cameras

This is a quality camera system. I can monitor whats going on live, at home and even move the camera rotation, cool stuff!

Good app, but takes forever to connect remotely. Was a bit hard to set up (had to redo 4 times) but effectively lets me monitor my cottage and record movement detected by the camera. Everything I needed!

A little difficult to initially set up the camera. The app works great!

Some bad moments

Avoid that brand! The app does not work on iOS, only works (sometimes) locally and not all options work (like talking to the baby). The app do not work at all remotely. We contacted the brand to get the babycam repaired, but they said that everything, including the app, was alright. No help, no support, no refund. Now I have a babycam that I cannot use.

Really slow and crash all the time, but still only option from Dlink for cloud camera service

After 30 minutes of searching over and over finally got it to connect. Camera worked good for the 5 minutes i watched. Tried again a day later and havent been able to connect again. It has found a new home at the dump. Had to give at least 1 star to write this review

Havent been able to use my camera once since updating to the new Dlink app.

Works as promised but finding the camera in local mode takes minutes each time. Doesnt do this using other platforms so there are options...
