Some Positives - Some Negatives

I purchased a DCS-2136L about a year ago. Decent camera overall, but the software needs work. The biggest problem I have is the audio. There is NO SOUND. I know its not the hardware because it used to work, but through software and firmware updates, now I get no sound return.
Also - I have a very fast wifi connection yet it seems like it takes forever to recognize the camera locally. Very frustrating.
Hopefully these important issues will be addressed!
